How does Fly Control Work?
We will come to your premises and spray all walls, ceilings and stationary fittings with a low dose pesticide, similar to the fly spray you can purchase in the shop.
Before starting the spraying process, we will cover all surfaces that do not require spray such as food surfaces. We then spray a fine mist of liquid on suitable surfaces.
Once the spray has dried it is invisible, when a fly lands on the sprayed surface, it ingests the pesticide and dies within 30 minutes, minimising flies in the indoor space. The spray is only used on indoor surfaces and is not a fly deterrent.
The pesticide we use is licenced for domestic and industrial use and is passed by the Food Agency for use in food and catering premises, we are fully certified to use the product. It is not harmful to humans or pets and is residual for three to four months unless the surface is wiped.
